When we founded Bezel, we were committed to improving how you sell watches online. To continue moving forward with that innovation, we’ve decided to make a small increase in Bezel commissions. This additional increase will be directly invested in building tools and resources to continue empowering our sellers and driving innovation in the watch industry. This change will go live on Thursday, April 25th, 2024.

Throughout 2024, we will be focused on streamlining the listing process and maximizing your ability to leverage the Bezel platform to sell watches. This includes building out better tools for inventory management and the ability to plug into Bezel’s AI-powered marketing engine to get your listings in front of buyers more efficiently, both on the Bezel platform and via our off-platform marketing channels. We are creating deeper integrations with our newly launched auction product to allow you to easily push a listing on the marketplace live to auction and are releasing unique analytics tools so you can better understand the market at large.

We will also continue investing in the resources you already know and love about Bezel. We will continue to build out our private client team to work with customers on your behalf, along with our account management team, to give you a direct line to Bezel at all times. We are dedicated to continuing our 100% fraud prevention, owning any and all chargeback risk and returns, and having the fastest payout times in the industry.
