Start by using our search tool to find the exact model you’re looking to sell. After that, you’ll be prompted to tell us a little more about your watch, like the date of production and whether or not any accessories are included. Then it’s time to grade.

Grading Your Watch

Assess the condition of your watch: is it unworn? Excellent (carefully worn)? Great (regularly worn)? Good (noticeably worn?). Select which one best applies to your piece, then you’ll be asked to get more specific about the condition of individual components, how often you’ve polished it, and if there are any scratches. While you might be inclined to paint the most appealing picture of your watch, this is not the time to write luxury watch fanfic. It's important to make sure your description accurately reflects the watch’s present condition!

Photographing Your Watch

Next you'll be prompted to take some photos using the camera in the Bezel app. Don’t worry if you’re not the next Annie Leibovitz — towards the bottom of your screen, you'll notice a graphic shot list that will show you exactly which angles to photograph your watch from. This is your opportunity to fully show off your watch in ways words just can’t explain, and the better your photos are, the more likely you are to make a sale! Once uploaded, your photos will be automatically assessed, letting you know if their quality is up to the standards of most qualified buyers. 

Running a Randomized Time Challenge 

You'll now be prompted to perform a randomized time challenge on your watch, where you'll set your watch to a specific time. This stage is crucial to ensuring that you’re actually in possession of the piece (read: no scammers). 

Pricing Your Watch

Now we’re getting down to business. When pricing your luxury watch, it's important to choose a fair number that's competitive, but also ensures you get the most money. Once you’ve set your price, use the pricing module to see exactly how much you’ll net from the sale of your watch. 

Submitting Your Listing

Nice work, you’re ready to submit your listing! Once you hit submit, it can take our team between 1-12 hours to review and publish your piece, after which it’ll be available to be viewed and purchased by the entire Bezel community.

Accepting a Sale & Shipping Your Watch

As soon as a buyer expresses interest in your watch, we'll send you a notification to let you know, along with a purchase request that you'll have 24 hours to accept. Proceed by accepting the purchase request, and the sale will be finalized! 

Next, it's time to ship the watch to us to be authenticated and inspected. We’ll provide you with a shipping label; just make sure to send your watch out within two business days. At that point, your involvement in the sale is through — we’ll take it from here.

Getting Paid for Your Watch

After we've received your watch, and our specialists have confirmed its authenticity after a thorough inspection, it’s time for you to get paid! Payment for your watch will be deposited directly into your Bezel account. This process can take 1-2 days.
