Today, we’re excited to announce that Bezel has closed an $8M seed funding round, allowing us to continue building our tech-first, best-in-class watch marketplace.

When we launched Bezel less than a year ago, we set out to build a beautiful and easy-to-use watch platform that users could trust. We focused on placing thousands of the most sought-after watches at your fingertips, and for every watch to be carefully authenticated by our in-house team of experts. Bezel’s mission is to provide a trusted watch-buying experience that focuses on authentication and a best-in-class customer experience. The response has been incredible. 

Now, with over $100M in inventory and growing rapidly, our collection consists of thousands of the most collectable luxury watches from brands like Rolex, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, Cartier, Patek Philippe, and many more. We take pride in our inventory curation and education, and you know we love the hunt — if we don’t have what you want, our concierge team will track it down for you. 

We are obsessed with authentication and offering a modern approach to luxury concierge shopping, providing a best-in-class experience to support you every step of the way. From answering questions as simple as “what watch size is right for me?” to sourcing any watch not found in our existing inventory, our concierge team was built to ensure that the watch buying experience is personalized, seamless, and enjoyable from beginning to end. 

Our team consists of highly experienced watch experts and authentication specialists, and prides itself on being the most hands-on in the industry. We worked hard from day one to bridge watches and technology, building an experienced and diverse team of technologists, creatives, and watch experts united by a shared vision to redefine the way people buy and sell watches.

Raising money meant finding the right partners who understood what we set out to do. We are proud to announce our raise from incredible investors including BoxGroup, Courtside VC, Shrug Capital, Abstract Ventures, Operator Partners, Electric Ant, Impatient Ventures, Nomad Ventures, Litquidity Capital, and more. In addition to our traditional VC partners, we are also thrilled at the enthusiasm from celebrity investors and watch enthusiasts across entertainment, music, sports, philanthropy, business, and the watch industry. Bezel is excited to welcome comedian Kevin Hart’s HartBeat Ventures, singer and producer John Legend, DJ Steve Aoki, NBA champion Kyle Kuzma, founder of Fanatics Michael Rubin, philanthropist Michael Ovitz, former international head of watches at Christie’s John Reardon, former NFL linebacker Emmanuel Acho, and cornerback for the Baltimore Ravens Marlon Humphrey to the Bezel family.
