BezelCare Policy
BezelCare allows Bezel customers to purchase protection for certain watches for one year from date of purchase. If you have purchased BezelCare and your watch stops working properly through no fault of your own, then Bezel will repair it free of charge for the duration of your BezelCare period. BezelCare includes:
- Worry-free watch wearing for one year
- Coverage for mechanical issues
- Designated BezelCare concierge service
What is not covered under BezelCare:
Pocket watches, quartz movement watches, straps, jewelry and accessories are not covered by BezelCare.
Watches which are manufactured before the year 2000. Due to the nature of older pieces, parts are not always available and cannot always be repaired.
BezelCare does not cover damage caused by wearer abuse or misuse, such as (but not limited to) knocks, dents, drops, crushing, and scratching. BezelCare does not cover cracked, scratched or broken crystals, water damage, or normal wear and tear. Alterations and/or repairs, or custom work done without the prior written consent of Bezel will render BezelCare null and void. Additionally, any attempted repair, modification, or general tampering of the watch by technicians unauthorized Bezel (in writing) will render BezelCare null and void.
Finally, BezelCare does not cover wholesale/dealer orders.
BezelCare process:
With respect to any defective merchandise during the BezelCare period, we will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace such merchandise (or the defective part) free of charge. We will pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement merchandise to you, if we elect to repair or replace the defective merchandise.
BezelCare is non-transferable and is only valid for the original buyer.
Watch service repair time can vary depending on the watch brand and the specific service matter. Usually, BezelCare repairs require six to eight weeks. When a watch service is completed, a shipping tracking number will be emailed to the owner.
Please contact us at team@getbezel.com to obtain written authorization and instructions before sending in your watch for warranty repair. We will not be responsible for any watches that are sent in to us for repair without prior notice.
